What you’ll be doing:

As Billing Manager, you will be in charge of:
keep contact with other Telco operators from all over the world
have full ownership on end to end billing of your own customer portfolio
receive invoices from our customers that you need to validate in order to ensure that the costs occured are valid
ensure that customer and supplier disputes are investigated, discrepancies are picked up and resolved in a timely manner
arrange settlements: initiate payments or collect outstanding amounts to and from carriers within the given timeframes
build and maintain outstanding relationship with both internal and external customers and provide excellent customer experience

Soft skills:
Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
Language skills:
English on a fluent level
Also, French or Dutch or German or Italian or Spanish on a fluent level is an advantage
