What you’ll be doing:

As Installation Project Coordinator (Polish Speaking), you will be in charge of:
End-to-end responsibility of delivering multiple and complex infrastructure products and services
Managing orders in BT workflow systems and ensure correct inventory is maintained
Resolving complex issues and escalations and implementing resolutions within the team environment
Ensuring on-time delivery, keep customer informed
Coordinating with virtual teams and suppliers, driving actions and implementation
Requiring proactive jeopardy management of any blockers/issues to prevent the order moving to a completed status
Single point of contact for the end customer

Soft skills:
Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation

Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
Professional skills:
SSC experience is an advantage
Telecommunication experience, technical skills is an advantage
Language skills:
English on a fluent level
Polish on a fluent level
