  • Partnering with Brand Representatives through planning and strategizing to align goals with Company’s strategies in order to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide maximum support to Brand Representatives in order to achieve set goals.
  • Provide personalized service and customer support to Brand Representatives and qualifiers which will enable them to achieve their optimal performance level.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to Brand Representatives and qualifiers of changes in Company policies and procedures and sales compensation plans.
  • Personally responsible to monitor and ensure that each account has maximum support to prevent fall-out of qualifications.
  • Maintain professional, effective working relationships with Brand Representatives.
    Travel and participate and provide presentations at company and distributor meetings.
  • Provide trainings both through webinars and physical meetings.
  • Maintain market specific social media closed group and provide the latest information there and on any agreed channels.
  • Review translations for website and outgoing emails, marketing materials, social media content.
