As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
– Managing end-to-end processes, overseeing procedures
– answering incoming calls or emails (depending on the profile of your future team)
– Checking and correcting mistakes
– Making data modifications in contracts
– You will have the opportunity of getting an insight into other departments’ operation
– Fluent in English and a second language (German/French/Italian/Dutch/Czech/Slovak)
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Good communication skills
– Ability to work in a team
– Problem-solving, result orientation
