CZECH/SLOVAK SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIANS
Customer Service Technicians provide a professional front office service function for our client’s project in line with the contractual agreements.
- Receiving and handling incoming phone calls and e-mails
- Providing information and answering queries about the products
- Giving support to customers in general related questions
- Giving guidance and solving problems
- Providing a positive experience for customers
- Recording all customer interactions via the client’s tools
- Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak language
- Conversational English language knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills, monotony tolerance
- Experience in administration
