Communication and Project Management Internship – Autumn 2017



Location: Budapest office, 1095 Budapest, Lechner Ödön fasor 8.
Start date: Autumn – October/November 2017
Contract: 20/30/40 hours-a-week contract (flexible)

Program Content

The Communication and Project Manager Internship Program is designed to develop highly motivated junior project managers and communication specialists within Enterprise Infrastructure (EI). Enterprise Infrastructure Projects is a global Project Management Function within the larger Enterprise Infrastructure organization with direct responsibility for managing medium to large scale multidisciplinary technology projects and programs. The goal of this project management organization is the successful implementation of technology and organization initiatives along with the systematization of related management processes to assure ongoing sustainability of the transformation.

Project Opportunities

As a Communication Intern you will support event communication and newsletter writing for all EI
Budapest related activities and help organize and oversee local town halls, different meeting and team
As a Project Manager Intern you will be responsible for Planning, Governance, Process standardization
and improvement and Project / Program documentation. You will have the opportunity to manage specific projects depending on availability.


  • You are currently completing your degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.);
  • Excellent MS Office skills (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Access);
  • You have excellent problem-solving, teamwork and analytical skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, accurate and complete work on tight deadlines;
  • You have excellent communication skills as well as a good command of the English language.
