Your Role and Responsibilities :

  • Branding: Day to day support of brand managers within the local region – events, social media, branding
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their priorities and working to build attraction campaigns
  • Project support on large scale campaigns
  • Building report documentation on the attraction campaigns within the region, including applying and running tracked links where applicable
  • Day to day focal on Papirfly creative brand portal for the local region – including some approval / sign off and local enablement
  • Being the focal point for distributing physical branded-assets and presentation/workshop materials
  • Management of other digital marketing channels including job board coordination, company profiles etc
  • Day to day management of content updates and development to recruitment websites
  • University campus attraction support, e.g. online digital support
  • Management of the invoice process for the local region
  • Events: Responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of all Recruitment Attraction events during the academic year, including Careers Fairs, Presentations, and Employability workshops at Schools, Colleges, and Universities.
  • Being the focal point for the Campus Teams and School Leaver Ambassadors
  • Owning the end to end delivery of Insight Days in the local offices
  • Supporting internal clients with their outreach activities at Universities, Schools, and Colleges in the local region
  • Social media / creative design: Social media campaigns – including managing and responding to all queries, developing creative content, postings, etc
  • Content curation of regional content for global careers blog
  • Content curation of social content e.g. Instagram support
  • Internal initiatives: Day to day co-ordination of the IBMbassador program in the region – to assist with creating and sharing content, focusing on sourcing volunteers for events and activities (face to face and virtual)
    Co-ordination of CRM activity including development landing pages, nurture marketing campaigns, talent pipeline activity, etc
