Your Role

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating Identity and Access Management systems and solutions. Responsibilities include identifying, analyzing and resolving systems design weaknesses, prioritizing troubleshooting efforts and pinpointing resolutions to complex issues surrounding access to systems.

In your daily work, you will

  • setup and configure protection of web-application, web-services (WAF, reverse Proxy)
  • implement authentication flows (password, sms, certificates, otp token, FIDO authenticator)
  • setting up federation (SSO, SAML, Open ID Connect)
  • design and Implement resources (groups, roles, rules) for access control
  • implement data imports (HR systems) and provisioning to target-systems (xml-based rules, java programming; xml-/csv-files; LDAP, JDBC; ….)
  • perform and test product upgrades
  • design and develop custom product extensions (Lua-Scripts; groovy scripts; Java programming)

For this challenging position, you ideally have

  • confident knowledge of Unix know-how
  • interest in security topics and integration tasks
  • good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • a university degree (MSc/BSc)

Nice to have

  • programing experience
  • familiarity with HTTP protocol
  • understanding of Security Protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect)
  • DB experience
