Your responsibilities
Checks knowledge articles for compliance with IT policies, guidelines and correctness
Collaborates with IT/Business Service Owners to approve knowledge articles
Manages knowledge lifecycle (publish, review and retire articles)
Checks validity and actuality of the documented knowledge
Creates ad hoc knowledge-related reports for stakeholders
Enables the organisation to gather, analyse, store and share knowledge
Improves efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge
Reduces the time necessary to discover necessary knowledge

Your profile
Strong English skills
Additional German skills are a big plus
Excellent writing, editing and documentation skills
Experience gained in Service Desk
Excellent knowledge of Knowledge Management process
Well-organized, precise
Above average communication skills
Good time management skills
