Your responsibilities
Creates and maintains quality management system
Continuously monitors customer satisfaction
Identifies patterns and trends as related to service quality
Maintains strong work relationship with the Continual Service Improvement Managers
Provides on-going feedback for Team Leaders and collaborates with the management
Works closely with Training Coordinators to identify and recommend department training needs
Cooperates with Knowledge Coordinators to identify knowledge articles in need of revision

Your profile
Strong English AND German language skills  
Experience in quality coordination
Experience gained in Service Desk
Knowledge of quality processes in Service Desk
Diplomatic, able to handle sensitive data confidentially
Ability to pay attention to details
Excellent stakeholder-management skills
Good time management skills
Ability for monotony tolerance during ticket control
