Job Description

The divisions Chassis Systems Control (CC) and Automotive Steering (AS) develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.

Your contribution to something big:

►Responsible for creating and adapting the standard FMEA to customer projects

►Coordination of interdisciplinary teams (testing, calculation, quality, logistics, etc)

►Tracking FMEA and updating FMEA timelines together with the project team

►Validation and acceptance of supplier FMEA

►Customer presentations, contact with customers (OEMs) and the developers in multinational environment

►Preparing and handling of documentations related to Functional Safety

 

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:

►Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Master level would be an advantage

►Basic knowledge of CAD software (Pro/E) and very good knowledge MS-Office

►Experience with FMEA development would be beneficial

►Knowledge of Automotive Systems and vehicle chassis is advantageous

►Fluency in English AND German is a must

►Good knowledge in IQ-FMEA is a benefit

►Outstanding critical and analytical thinking

►Good presentation and communication skills

►Experience in product development will be a benefit
