• Validate the incoming resource requests
  • Open requests in the given ticket logging system
  • Change follow-up
  • Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and assigning or processing incoming e-mails
  • Cooperation with the Resource Management and other stakeholders
  • Creating and distributing daily/weekly/ad-hoc reports
  • Maintaining customer specific training and process documents


  • Ongoing university studies in economics/business/informatics 
  • Qualification, and/or work experience in the fields of business management consultancy and project management, integrated enterprise resource planning systems are an advantage
  • Strong user level knowledge of Office program, basic skills in formal project management and the related business processes
  • Skills to cooperate with others, practice-oriented mindset, proactivity, good organizing and time management skills, customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong written and spoken English 
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
