Support Customers with incoming orders, questions in a cooperation with CSRs, Sales and other departments. The position gives an overview, how E2E order request / delivery happening from the Production to the Invoicing.
Tasks:
- Handling incoming Customer orders
- Providing support for different questions / issues from Sales and Customer (invoice, Price and Availability…)
Type of work: indefinite, starting as soon as possible
Working hours: 25-30 hours/week
The essential skills we are looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Danish language knowledge is an advantage
- Intermediate knowledge of excel functions
- Strong attention to details
- Ability handle complexity
- Strong analytical skilll
