-Working on the Customer Service support, via tools, phone and email, daily contact with users calling from all over Europe IT issues
-Document internal procedures, share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.
–Fluent or native English, and Italian OR Polish OR French OR German language knowledge
-Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision, proactivity
-Good problem solving skills
-Customer orientated personality.
-Strong MS Office skills
-Willing to work in shifts
