Overview

As a Danish Customer Advisor, you will support customers by handling inquiries via phone and email, providing product-related guidance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will develop strong technical knowledge of the company’s hearing products and services while working closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Your main responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in Danish in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Log and document interactions according to internal procedures
Collaborate with different departments when escalation is needed
Maintain high service quality standards and KPI performance

Native or proficient Danish and strong English skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
EU citizenship or valid work permit
