We are looking for an ambitious Cash Collection Specialist to our multinational telecommunications partner. The company provides a fixed term 6 months long job opportunity for someone who is motivated to gain professional experience in a fast-paced environment with home office opportunity.

As a Cash Collection specialist your tasks will be to:

  • Talk to customers to ensure bills are paid on time and encourage them to pay outstanding debts
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Carry out work in line with standard operating procedures, credit management policy, risk and compliance processes and company code of conduct
  • Identify risks that could result in late payment of bills and work with colleagues across the business to resolve in a timely manner
  • Manage a portfolio of international customers

What you will need to succeed the position:

  • Min. 0,5 years of experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • English on a fluent level
  • Proactive, can do attitude, solution.orinted thinking
  • Ability to manage short deadlines during closing period
  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
