Job purpose:

  • support commercial terms (discounts) planning, simulating, upload and continuous maintenance
  • maintain Purchase and Sales Price Lists (for professional business) files, upload prices to the system, support price simulations
  • register special pricing settings
  • support business inquiries and reporting requirement

Key responsibilities:

  • pricing management (modify prices in orders)
  • material master (model database management)
  • sell out and stock compensation claim validation and their payment execution
  • ad-hoc report creation with excel and SAP

Qualifications & experience:

  • fluent English
  • intermediate – fluent French
  • analytical thinking
  • love of numbers, codes, investigations
  • good Excel skills
  • precise, responsible and detail-oriented attitude
  • willingness to learn
  • ability to work under pressure
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
