Our multinational partner is expanding its customer service team. You can now join a renewed operation with more complex roles and become an essential member of the company’s customer support team.

The job

You now have the chance to join one of three key customer support areas: handle order management and partner requests, solve problem that arise in connection with orders, deliveries; provide appropriate information and support, handle questions coming from clients, and undertake in depth investigation.

About you

  • in order to successfully apply you need to speak at least one of the following languages fluently: Swedish/Norwegian /Finnish/Danish
  • strong level of English
  • outstanding problem solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer-focused mindset
  • great attention to detail and ability to prioritise
