Technical Service Desk Representative (Dutch / Czech)
Location: Budapest (On-site)
Company: HR Express Kft. – on behalf of our international partner
Job Responsibilities
– Handle incoming Dutch or Czech phone calls, chats, and emails
– Register, troubleshoot, and resolve L1 technical issues
– Diagnose basic hardware and software problems
– Perform remote support using screen-sharing tools
– Manage tickets throughout the full lifecycle in the ITSM system
– Collaborate with resolver teams and escalate issues when necessary
– Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
– Complete a 4–5 week on-site training program
Requirements
– Native level Dutch or Czech language skills
– Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
– Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
– Basic IT knowledge (Windows, applications, troubleshooting)
– Customer-oriented attitude and patience
Advantages

– Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

– 700,000 – 800,000 HUF gross / month (depending on experience)
