Key responsibilities:

  • Be the link/ key interface between IT (mainly client’s IT team, KGSH’s technology team) and the business (clients, transition project manager) to explain difficult concepts to nontechnical users and translate business requirements into IT technical language
  • Define and document business (i.e. IT technical and functional) requirements and report them back to stakeholders (both to client and internal teams) in order to facilitate the development and/or set-up of client-specific tools collaboration and data transfer tools) used by KGSH / KPMG network
  • Attend and lead client calls/meetings on tax technology matters
  • Assess and communicate the benefits and risks of KPMG solutions across client and internal stakeholders and help to address any uncertainty and concern
  • Provide professional ERP support to assist clients in data provision and data specification
  • Design specific client solutions for bespoke automation, where required, in a way it is technologically feasible, financially and functionally reasonable 

Requirements:

  • University/College degree
  • 3-5 years experience in business analysis
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in Excel
  • General understanding of the software development process
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and reliability
  • Solution-focused mindset  

Advantages:

  • Good understanding of end-to-end tax accounting and compliance processes, regulatory and reporting requirements
  • ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Navision, JD Edwards systems) focusing on source data
