Overview
What you will be responsible for:
Digital delivery ownership
- Turn business and learning concepts into clear, structured, implementation-ready requirements
- Be the main point of contact for external developer partners on behalf of Solutions Lab
- Follow delivery closely and ensure alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and quality
- Clarify questions, support decisions, and manage trade-offs during development
Product & implementation work
- Break down concepts into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Review proposed technical solutions from a business and usability perspective
- Validate delivered features against the original goals and requirements
Collaboration & communication
- Work closely with internal colleagues to understand intent and priorities
- Join client discussions when delivery or implementation topics are involved
- Help align expectations between business stakeholders and developer teams
Who we are looking for
You are comfortable working close to delivery, enjoy structuring unclear problems, and like being the person who makes sure ideas actually become working digital solutions.
Typical backgrounds we see working well in this role:
- Digital Product Owner or Product Manager
- Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant
- Consultant with hands-on IT or software delivery experience
- Product-oriented PM looking for stronger ownership and impact
What matters to us:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital product development or IT delivery
- Experience working with developers or external development partners
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong coordination and prioritization skills
- Confident communication in both Hungarian and English
You do not need to code or design system architecture, but you should be comfortable discussing options, constraints, and trade-offs with developers.
