During this internship you will have a chance to gain insight into Wealth Management’s strategic objectives through the use and exploitation of its data and analytical assets at a top financial Firm. You will be part of the Wealth Management Knowledge Management team, working closely with the New York office. You can work in a flexible work arrangement, 20-40 hours per week.
You will:
• Assist in developing & refining business requirements through user stories to drive the development of Virtual Assistants
• Perform tasks related to testing, requirements traceability, defect documentation and enhancement validation
• Gain experience in data analysis, data visualization and reporting
• Contribute to the understanding of business needs and expectations
• Learn about the usage of conversational AI in an enterprise environment
• Participate in internal specialized trainings
• Work in an international team
You have:
• Ongoing studies (BSc or above) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar fields
• Advanced written and spoken English skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in close collaboration with a diverse global team
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Motivation (self-starter) with sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
You might also have:
• Software Testing knowledge
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau
• Financial Services Industry experience is an advantage
