Mission and Objectives:
PEC’s core role within Nissan is the control of vehicle lifecycle cost. These control processes allow the business opportunities to maximise profit. Our mission is to develop and maintain a world class Cost Management capability for Nissan to allow our business to continue to grow globally
Objective; Use, improve and develop reporting tools and systems, in order to summarise findings and report to various levels of the business. Candidates will gain valuable knowledge of how Nissan functions and increase their awareness of the automotive industry.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Working in our Cross Car line (CCL) team within the PEC function this role will cover both pre and post production processes, and will give the successful applicant the opportunity to work within the Business Plan activity.
Examples of key responsibilities include –
Creation of reports for regular cross functional meetings
Support system and process improvements
Work cross functionally with Plant finance (Russia, Spain, UK), and Financial planning (France)
Opportunity to gather, process, analyse, and present current financial data and provide forecasted movements/trends
Where appropriate simplify, enhance, or create new reports to support existing requirements, by means of MS Office applications

Education & Qualifications
§ Bachelor degree qualification preferably in Business / Finance / Economics
§ Competent with MS Office, Expert Excel user and Intermediate user of Access.
§ Ability to follow Macro and write VBA coding
Background & Experience:
If not degree qualified, equivalent qualifications with experience in a similar role
§ A team player with a proactive attitude,
§ Comfortable working within deadlines.
§ Dependable, flexible, team player / orientation
§ Good presentation skills
§ Enjoys working with data and reporting
