Throughout your role, you will be:
- Finance leader and business partner providing finance insights and actionable recommendations in business decisions, taking part in external and internal multifunctional team interactions with a real impact on the direction of the business.
- Problem solver with in-depth business and market dynamics understanding, able to analyse data, identify key insights and provide financial competence to the business.
- Project manager and risk taker able to take ownership of big, meaningful projects from Day 1 to transform and streamline the business including local and regional operations.
You’ll expand your knowledge based on personal experiences with industry experts and great managers who will invest in your development. Through the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, and develop your understanding of what it means to be a leader. All of that as part of a team in which trust, team spirit, passion for winning and leadership are very important.
