Our partner is an international company with a stable background and a portfolio of numerous well-known brands that we encounter in our daily lives. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join their Sales team in the position of Sales Assistant (1 year fixed term)
Job description:
Cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistic teams helping to run the business – delivering weekly/monthly status reports on distribution, promotions, or competitive activities
POS materials delivery management & Image page support (SPOC with Creative Agency)
Supporting the communication between the company and its’ partners (listing process, promo activity agreements, communication with agencies, handling contract administration)
Team support on ad hoc basis (samples management, team buildings organization, corporate projects)
Handling pricing-related tasks (requesting credit and debit notes, monitoring pricing, and managing listings)
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience, but we also welcome applications from fresh graduates
Confident, strong command of the English and Hungarian language
Proficiency in MS Office, with specifically strong Excel skills (functions, pivot tables)
Team-player attitude (providing active support for the team via office, phone, and email)
Commitment to continuous learning (mastering new products, high adaptability, and operating as a dynamic team member)
