Overview

SB Culinary Center (SBCC), based in Madrid, offers hands-on internships in top restaurants and hotels across Portugal for students and young professionals in gastronomy and hospitality. The program includes accommodation, meals on working days, uniforms, a monthly stipend of €300, and a rewards card valid across all properties within the hotel and restaurant group.

Restaurants: Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant (2* Michelin), Rabelo, T&C, Golden Catch, “1828” Steakhouse
Pastry / Pâtisserie: Suspiro – French techniques with Portuguese ingredients, plus chocolate factory experience

Program Fees:
– From €2,290 – Front-of-House positions
– From €2,690 – Kitchen positions
