Resolving customer issues in a polite and professional manner
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working in the Customer Service department as a Customer Service Associate, Customer Service Representative, or a similar position.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, CRM etc.
Demonstrate accountability and ownership of issues.
Excellent phone and email etiquette.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Exceptional data entry skills.
Multi-Tasking ability.
Working experience with MS Office Tools.
Excellent time management skills.
