This is an 18-month J-1 Trainee program designed for people who want real HR experience – not coffee runs. You’ll start with a structured orientation and then work at the HR Front Desk, getting hands-on exposure to how HR works in a luxury resort environment.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing

Support the Human Resources Front Desk with daily HR operations
Helping with onboarding & employee orientation
Assisting with HR documentation & policies
Coordinating with departments on staffing & scheduling
Learning how HR connects across a large luxury resort
Leveling up your professional communication skills
