At Viatris, we work every day to make healthcare more accessible and better for people around the world. Now we’re looking for a motivated French‑speaking student to join our recruitment team!
What you will do
Coordinate interviews across Europe
Maintain HR systems and handle administrative tasks
Support local activities such as translations, reports, and audits
Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders about Talent Administration processes
Prepare recruitment‑related reports for the European region
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for recruitment
Requirements
Active full‑time university student status for at least 1 more year
Ability to work 20–25 hours/week
Confident communication skills in French, English and Hungarian
Strong customer‑service mindset and excellent communication skills
Confident MS Word and Excel skills
Ability to interpret complex business or technical documents
Motivation to learn and grow in a multinational environment
Flexible, open to change
(Additional language skills — German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian — are a plus.)
