
Overview
Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Compensation Manager supports C&B Managers in creating reports, budgeting forecasts, and tools to monitor and develop Wizz Air’s compensation structure. The role involves salary benchmarking, payroll reporting, and compensation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in salary planning, compensation analysis & structure updates
- Prepare payroll reports & support HR Operations
- Contribute to budgeting & cost modeling
- Support Short-Term & Long-Term Incentive planning
- Develop pay structures for new international bases
- Monitor reward programs & ensure cost-effectiveness
- Handle internal & statutory reporting (Accounting, Tax, National Statistical Office)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- 1-3+ years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or HR Compensation
- Strong Excel & analytical skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
