Overview

Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Compensation Manager supports C&B Managers in creating reports, budgeting forecasts, and tools to monitor and develop Wizz Air’s compensation structure. The role involves salary benchmarking, payroll reporting, and compensation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in salary planning, compensation analysis & structure updates
  • Prepare payroll reports & support HR Operations
  • Contribute to budgeting & cost modeling
  • Support Short-Term & Long-Term Incentive planning
  • Develop pay structures for new international bases
  • Monitor reward programs & ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Handle internal & statutory reporting (Accounting, Tax, National Statistical Office)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or HR Compensation
  • Strong Excel & analytical skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
