Overview
Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Fleet Transition Manager (JFTM) is responsible for supporting, controlling, and coordinating aircraft redelivery, delivery, and warranty processes to ensure smooth fleet transitions at Wizz Air.

Responsibilities:
- Support fleet lifecycle management, including lease agreements & redelivery planning
- Assist in lease negotiations & return coordination with lessors and stakeholders
- Optimize redelivery & End of Lease (EOL) processes
- Manage budgeting & procurement for EOL programs
- Oversee warranty claims & defect monitoring
- Conduct invoice checks & cost control for redeliveries
- Ensure compliance with Safety Management System requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (Master’s is a plus)
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- 2+ years of experience in aircraft technical, leasing, financing, or maintenance
- Strong negotiation & project management skills
- Knowledge of EASA OPS, Part M, Part 145, and Part 21 regulations
- Experience with AMOS & MS Office tools
