Offline services

Stands

Available in each package

Stands of different sizes are available with tables or built-in stands that companies can arrange to their liking.

• Standard package: 160×80 cm table with spandex cover and chairs
• Pro package: 320*80 cm table with spandex cover and chairs
• Special field supporter package: 3×2 m stand with a counter, table, chairs and company inscriptions open on both sides, at a prominent point of the event venue

Parking lots

Available in each package

Lecturers can park on site in the University’s own car park.

It is possible to occupy a different parking lot for each package:

• Standard package – 2 cars
• Pro package – 4 cars
• Special field supporter package – 6 cars

Catering, meals

Available in each package

In addition to 2 x 0.5l of mineral water per person, our exhibitors will receive “pogácsa” as a hunger suppressant per person, and 2 coffee or tea tickets per person, which can be redeemed at the buffet in the gallery of the exhibition space.

For different exhibitors per package:

• Standard package – 2 people
• Pro package – 4 people
• Special field supporter package – 6 people

We do not serve hot meal as part of the service package, but you can also buy a hot lunch at the company’s account at the buffet in the building.

Placing flyers in the visitors’ folder

Available in the Pro and Special field supporter packages

Upon arrival at the venue, our visitors will receive an A/4 folder printed in advance with the image of the event, in which we will place the leaflet of the given company.

Opportunity of presentation

Available in the Special field supporter package or as a separate item (limited quantity)

• Maximum 20-25 mins, pre-arranged topic.

Placement of roll-up near the stage

Available in the Special field supporter package

Exhibitors will be given a seat in the area of the stage set up for the on-site performances so that their own roll-ups can be displayed so that spectators can see them.

Online services

Indication of the partner on official communication materials

We will display the client’s logo on all official advertising materials of the Career Day, including the graphic materials appearing on karrier.elte.hu ,asasborze.elte.hu, Facebook and Instagram, and the front page of the visitor’s folder.

Landing page on the allasborze.elte.hu website

Creation of a separate sub-page on the ELTE Job Portal, on which only the client’s introduction and advertisements will be displayed. This subpage can also be accessed by interested students from the Career Day Online registration interface, so those interested can access our clients’ landing page with one click before the event.

The site allows you to place:

• company presentation complete with video and pictures
• short presentation of the job offer (the detailed job offer will only be sharpened on the day of the event)
• advertisement of landing page on the following pages:
  • “Állásajánlatok ELTE-sektől ELTE-seknek” Facebook group
  • event’s Facebook page

Sharing a job advertisement published on the Eötvös Loránd University Job Portal (allasborze.elte.hu) in the Facebook group called “Job offers from ELTE students to ELTE students” with more than 13,000 members.

Publication of job advertisements, landing page in the faculty newsletter

As part of the Career Day campaign, we will send an email to each faculty prior to the event listing the ads that are relevant to them. In the letter we can put the name of the job and a short description (about 200 characters long).

Follow-UP eDM

Participants registered for the event will be sent a follow up email after the event, in which it will be possible to promote the advertised job offers. The letter contains the name of the job, a short description (approx. 200 characters) and a detailed description on theilledborze.elte.hu website. we can place a link to the application interface.

PR article

We will publish a PR article on our website karrierkozpont.elte.hu before the event, and then we will share the article on the social media interfaces of the Career Center. Interested students can go directly to the company’s landing page from the PR article, so they can find out about our client’s open positions before the event.

For the PR article, we are looking forward to the personal career history of the company’s employees, as well as reports that will help bring the company’s everyday life closer to the students.

Targeted eDM

Targeted sending an individual e-mail containing only the client’s communication to the students of the field relevant to the client within the framework of the ELTE Career Day campaign. For targeting, we use the data stored in the study system of Eötvös Loránd University, based on which we can publish the client’s message segmented by major, grade and language. We can send a letter to students in up to 3 majors.

Featured advertisement (slider) on the ELTE Job Portal

The client’s featured banner will be placed on the allasborze.elte.hu website in the 2 weeks prior to the event, so it will be visible to all visitors to the site during this period. By clicking on the banner, those interested can go to the company’s landing page.
