Job Description:
- Support the Energy Practice Area team’s local and non-local projects, providing strategic insights for clients.
- Develop in-depth analyses based on public and company data to shape the future of the energy sector.
- Act as a point of contact with BCG experts in energy topics, fostering knowledge exchange.
- Support business development efforts for the Energy Practice Area team, contributing to our growth.
- Conduct market and public data research to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Manage information and document flow related to BCG knowledge, credentials, and references.
- Conduct Energy industry benchmarking based on BCG internal and public information.
- Build and maintain the energy team database, following a predefined structure.
Required Qualifications:
- Recent university graduates or university graduates with up to 5 years of experience.
- Previous work experience in the field of Energy is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Energy markets and Energy market databases is a plus.
- Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge required.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software (MS Office) and substantial internet research skills.
- Self-directed, flexible, and able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail, persistence, good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
