Overview

Job Description: 

  • Support the Energy Practice Area team’s local and non-local projects, providing strategic insights for clients.
  • Develop in-depth analyses based on public and company data to shape the future of the energy sector.
  • Act as a point of contact with BCG experts in energy topics, fostering knowledge exchange.
  • Support business development efforts for the Energy Practice Area team, contributing to our growth.
  • Conduct market and public data research to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Manage information and document flow related to BCG knowledge, credentials, and references.
  • Conduct Energy industry benchmarking based on BCG internal and public information.
  • Build and maintain the energy team database, following a predefined structure.  
     

Required Qualifications: 

  • Recent university graduates or university graduates with up to 5 years of experience.
  • Previous work experience in the field of Energy is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Energy markets and Energy market databases is a plus.
  • Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge required.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software (MS Office) and substantial internet research skills.
  • Self-directed, flexible, and able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail, persistence, good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
