Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing and screening talent to offer management and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring professional communication and a smooth journey for all applicants.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain the recruitment database (ATS) and track key metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
Proactively suggest and implement ways to enhance the recruitment workflow and quality of hires.
Elvárások / Requirements
Completed studies in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an HR Shared Service or internal recruitment environment.
Fluent French and English
Experience in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and certificates, ensuring full legal compliance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
Strong communication skills.
