Our 150-employee finance organization in Budapest provides comprehensive supports to Varian`s corporate management teams and the oncology businesses in the US and EMEA.
Varian FP&A Center of Excellence and Varian EMEA Accounting Center of Excellence are part of the Siemens Healthineers Corporate organization and providing services like Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Project Management, Continuous Improvement and Record to Report and Financial analyses and reporting:
- AP: Accounts Payable team provides services around Vendor Management, recording and paying invoices in time towards our external Vendors.
- T&E: Travel and Expense provides services like Bank Card Management for US, Canada and EMEA and manages expense claims including compliance/finance audit.
- Project and process excellence: Project and Process Excellence Team manages projects mainly for Accounting and Finance organization through certified and experienced project managers with more than 120 years’ experience in total.
- RtR: Record to Report team provides services like recording accounting transactions, providing reporting to the Controllers group and performing financial closing and consolidation activities for both EMEA and Globally for certain services like Leasing accounting.
- FP&A: Financial Planning and Analyses team plays an important role by performing forecasting, budgeting and analyses to support business and regional leaders in decision making.
