Overview
Purpose of the Position:
The Airport Operations Assistant supports Wizz Air’s 24/7 Operations Control Centre, acting as a key liaison between airports, ground handling agents, and the Operations Control Centre. The role ensures smooth operations and assists during airport-related disruptions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist during irregular operations by communicating with ground handlers and service providers
- Monitor operational messages and provide real-time service recovery support
- Send operational notifications to ground handling companies & hotel/transport providers
- Authorize complimentary services when needed
- Support Ground Handlers to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and follow up on service issues
Requirements:
- Active full-time student status in Hungary
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Availability for 12-hour shifts (max. 2-3 per week, including weekends & holidays)
- Problem-solving & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
