Overview
- Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing and screening talent to offer management and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring professional communication and a smooth journey for all applicants.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain the recruitment database (ATS) and track key metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Proactively suggest and implement ways to enhance the recruitment workflow and quality of hires.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an HR Shared Service or internal recruitment environment.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding preparation.
- Fluent French and English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills.
