Overview
Purpose of the Position:
The Airport Operations Coordinator ensures passenger welfare during disruptions, coordinating with external partners and supporting ground handlers in operational matters.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee disruption management and assist in proactive EC261 avoidance
- Communicate with Ground Handling Companies, duty managers & hotel/transportation providers
- Track flight disruptions and coordinate recovery procedures
- Solve DCS-related issues and manage operational limitations
- Monitor operational messages & delay codes, ensuring compliance
- Conduct training for newcomers and lead On-Duty Agents
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure & in 12-hour shifts
- Decision-making & people management skills
