Overview
Purpose of the Position:
The Duty Manager oversees daily operations of Wizz Air’s fleet, ensuring a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operation. The role involves real-time decision-making, disruption management, and coordination with Operations Control Center personnel and external agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor flight operations & fleet control
- Make operational decisions when needed
- Manage disruptions & coordinate responses
- Handle flight safety occurrences & emergency alerts
- Plan fleet rotation & maintenance requests
- Coordinate with airports, ground handling agents & maintenance providers
- Ensure smooth communication & process improvement in OCC
Requirements:
- University/college degree
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- 1+ years of experience in aviation operations
- Proficiency in MS Office & AIMS
- Strong decision-making & teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day & night)
