Overview
Purpose of the Position:
The Crew Controller is responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew during daily and short-term operations, ensuring smooth crew scheduling and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Track, monitor & modify crew rosters (day-to-day + 72 hours)
- Ensure adequate crew coverage & respond to shortages
- Monitor duty & flight time limitations
- Check notifications & inform crew members accordingly
- Run reports, report issues & complete daily operations checklists
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- University/college degree is an advantage but not required
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
