Role overview: 

As a full-time Business Analyst, you’ll work in small teams (typically 2-4 consultants), contributing significantly to all aspects of project execution. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to engage with dynamic challenges, develop essential consultancy skills, and grow within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with team members on all aspects of project execution, from research to implementation,
• Employing creative problem-solving and analytical thinking to address complex challenges,
• Supporting project management with exceptional organizational and communication skills,
• Preparing and delivering impactful presentations for internal and client audiences,
• Contributing to educational innovation with a focus on academic excellence and forward-thinking solutions.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a young professional with:

• Autonomy and a passion for education and innovation,
• Affinity to consultancy and project management,
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (fresh graduates and 1-2 years of work experience welcome).

Solutions Lab is committed to pay transparency. The salary range for this position is 740,000 HUF to 870,000 HUF gross per month.
