During the program you will:

  • Be externally focused, on national key Customers (like Rossmann, DM, Auchan, Spar) or online retailers (such as eMag, Kifli) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving and merchandising strategies.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results.
