Your work will be meaningful straight out of school as during the program, you will contribute to our business development and decision-making process, gaining exposure to current business challenges  like fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce) and customer reality. You will be given an independent project and be responsible for it’s  success. The areas you might work on are diverse and may include the following:

  • Analyzing the market landscape to refine business strategies.
  • Collaborating on new product launches/initiatives, assessing the financial impacts together with the brand management and sales team
  • Guiding partners through financially optimized plans.
  • Exploring business opportunities in fast-growing channels (E-commerce, Discounters)
  • Improving cost competitiveness in manufacturing activities
