Your tasks will be:

Managing and coordinating short- and long-term international assignment processes
Ensuring the relevant compensation, legal, immigration, labour and tax compliance while remaining up to date of changes in laws and regulations in relevant countries and locations.
Providing support and guidance to our employees during the relocation and throughout the whole expatriation process as a first point of contact in immigration procedures, logistical arrangements, and cultural adaptation.
Cooperating with our external partners and vendors such as relocation service providers
Coordinating international assignments according to the Bosch Central Directives and country specific regulations.
Maintaining accurate documentation related to international assignments while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Supporting the colleagues during the integration into a new working environment and community.
Aid in qualifying the specialists in the global mobility topic area through trainings and workshops about current matters, regulations, processes, or developments.

Qualifications
Which requirements are important to us?

–   Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.

–   Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in HR related topics and an understanding of HR processes (International Mobility relevant experience is an advantage).

–   Personality: You are proactive, precise and have good communication and time-management skills.

–   Languages: You have advanced English and German skills (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are beneficial.
