Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work at the company level. In this role, you will:
- Become an expert and provide outstanding service to our customers.
- Administratively process customer experience cases through various applications.
- Provide exceptional service exclusively through voice support, ensuring effective communication and assistance to our clients.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent in Dutch (C1 level).
- English is nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong desire to understand different cultures.
- A cheerful spirit and curiosity.
- A commitment to learning and professional advancement.
