Overview
Purpose of the Position:
The Material Planner is responsible for controlling material flow, managing spare parts procurement, and coordinating logistics to support Wizz Air’s maintenance operations. This role involves daily communication with vendors, warehouses, engineers, and logistics providers across Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Manage aircraft spare parts inventory according to company policies
- Ensure compliance with aviation material standards
- Oversee procurement & logistics for maintenance operations
- Coordinate material transactions & administration
- Support operational logistics & maintenance planning
- Maintain accurate ERP & transactional data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in engineering)
- Business English proficiency
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or aviation
- Strong IT skills (ERP systems & Excel)
- Excellent organizational, communication & problem-solving skills
