Your tasks will be:
Managing of the short- and long-term expatriation processes
Supporting international assignments according to the Bosch Central Directives and Country specific regulations
Ensuring the relevant compensation, legal, immigration, labour and tax compliance
Providing customer service as a first point of contact for the expats and relevant stakeholders
Present possibilities of HRS scope to other divisions outside the organization.
Qualifications
Which requirements are important to us?
Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.
Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in HR related topics (International Mobility relevant experience is an advantage).
Personality: You are analytical, self-organized and proactive. You can communicate clearly.
Languages: You have advanced English and German skills (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are an advantage
