Your tasks will be:

Being part of a young, motivated, and international HR Service Team, which provides HR operational support to our activities in the DACH region from Budapest
Providing accurate HR administration or organizational services and tasks to our employees, managers, and HR Business Partners according to the employee status or life-cycle events.
Handling HR questions, HR queries of our employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
Maintaining the organizational structures and positions, such as creation, modification and delimit of new units, positions
Supporting our HR operational activities by creating and maintaining documentation or organizing relevant life-cycle events for the employees.
Handling, processing, and keeping our employee’s data up to date in our HR systems and also ensuring data quality.
Administrating personal data changes and preparing employment certificates accordingly
Preparing contract modifications and changes while taking company and local regulations into consideration
Processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to exit workforce
Organizing and prioritizing your daily tasks and projects
Maintaining employee documentation
Playing a key role in creating and developing the HR process documents and looking for areas of their improvement
Qualifications
Which requirements are important to us?

Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas
Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in HR Services
Personality: You are thorough, self-organized, motivated, detailed oriented and service minded. You are good in working with structures, systems and documents and have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Languages: You have advanced German skills (C1). English and Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage.
